I've put together a site to help fund future projects. I'm a full time Chef and a full time father of two. I've bought an old Burger van that is need of a lot of finance. To help bring attention to my actions I'm in the process of writing up a modern musical show. I've written songs and published with the help of AI. It's a show about an AI bot battling the struggles of existence.
Even with the use of AI, it seems going into this SOLO is trickier than I could have imagined. So Feedback, assistance, advice, even negative feedback is more than welcomed.

Pen Cogydd Cymraeg (Welsh Chefs) is a small Burger Van/Trailer and its only ambition is to source Local Welsh foods to combine & to create beautiful and unique burgers, sauces and more using mainly Welsh sourced Lamb and ingredients. They managed to find a trailer within their budget but like their little budget their time is limited and can only go so far when families, jobs and life's responsibilities take priority. Not Everyone can take risks so thats why we're here to offer Pen Cogydd Cymraeg a fighting chance.
