Pen Cogydd Cymraeg (Welsh Chefs)  is a small Burger Van/Trailer and its only ambition is to source Local Welsh foods to combine & to create beautiful and unique burgers, sauces and more using mainly Welsh sourced Lamb and ingredients. They managed to find a trailer within their budget but like their little budget their time is limited and can only go so far when families, jobs and life's responsibilities take priority. Not Everyone can take risks so thats why we're here to offer Pen Cogydd Cymraeg a fighting chance.
